Why do I love digital product?

For two decades, I have worked in almost every digital medium, from the web to mobile, from connected TV devices to cable set-top boxes; and throughout it all, I have been propelled by a strong passion for creating thoughtful customer experiences.

I have worn the hat of product designer, UXer, and business leader – always driven by the core belief that digital experiences should be iterative, data-driven, intuitive, accessible – and ultimately, balance customer needs with business outcomes.

Digital customer experiences are by far the most compelling to work on, as they are in constant motion. They are living, breathing tools by which we can observe customer behaviors, identify pain points, and measure successes or failures.

As a problem solver by nature, this is why I absolutely love leading cross-functional teams towards building better digital experiences for customers.
